Booking Regulations

  • Students are required to sign up for the self-learning session through the Booking System by using their Campus-wide E-mail (CWEM) password. NO walk-ins are allowed.


  • Self-learning sessions are held in the following sessions on different weekdays:
    Session 1: 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
    Session 2: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
    Session 3: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
    Session 4: 2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    Session 5: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
    Session 6: 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    Session 7: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    Session 8: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Please observe the following rules for booking/cancellation:
    1. Each student can only book a maximum of 4 sessions in one month and a maximum of 10 sessions before using them.
    2. Booking/cancellation of a self-learning session must be done at least 2 days prior to the session.
